We keep cookies to the minimum needed to sign you in, keep the wall secure, and understand usage. Here is each one and how to turn it off.

01 — Basics

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way. They let a site remember things between requests — for example, that you are signed in.

02 — Essential

Essential cookies

Required for the service to function. They cannot be switched off within the app because the site would not work without them. They support core actions like page security and basic preferences.

03 — Authentication

Authentication cookies

Set when you sign in with a magic link. They keep your session active so you stay signed in and can author notes under your verified signature. Clearing them, or signing out, ends your session.

04 — Functional

Functional cookies

Remember choices that improve your experience — for example, interface preferences. These are not strictly essential, and the service remains usable without them.

05 — Analytics

Analytics cookies

Help us understand, in aggregate, how the wall is used so we can improve it. We use privacy-friendly analytics and do not use these cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.

06 — Third parties

Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by the trusted providers that run the service, such as our hosting, content delivery, and analytics partners. These are used to deliver and measure the service. For the list of providers, see our Privacy Policy.

07 — Control

How to manage or disable cookies

You are in control. You can:

  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies
  • Use private/incognito browsing to limit persistence
  • Clear cookies to end your current session
  • Opt out of non-essential analytics where offered

Blocking essential or authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in or using parts of the service.
