I Seriously Don’t Know What to Do

I seriously don’t know what to do. I know this pain is going to stay with me for a long time, and right now I have no plan, no direction, nothing. I just feel lost in space with all these feelings inside me and nowhere to put them. No one to talk to. No idea what comes next. I’m just here, carrying all of it, trying to understand how life is supposed to move forward from this.
